What You’ll Do
The Industrial Leasing Analyst will play a critical role in producing the proposals and maintaining relationships that contribute to the long-term growth strategy across a national portfolio of industrial assets. In this role, the successful candidate will:
- Proactively manage the end-to-end process of RFP responses and submission within the required deadlines. Duties include; meeting coordination, data collection, copy editing, premises plan facilitation, and redlining documentation.
- Write, edit, and compile content from multiple sources into a cohesive final product, maintaining standards for branding, readability, consistency, and tone.
- Collaborate across internal teams (development, asset management, property management, marketing, civil engineering, architecture, legal, and firm management) to deliver deadline-sensitive RFPs, marketing packages, and internal presentations.
- Own the team's systems of record by tracking market activity, building tours, and proposal data, maintaining organized proposal files, supporting collateral, and keeping the team's dashboard current.
- Build and maintain relationships with national brokerage teams and external partners, schedule and attend internal proposal meetings, and travel to projects for client tours, brokerage events, and market intel meetings.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree required. Preferred study in Real Estate, Business, Communications, or Engineering
- 1+ years of professional background with experience in real estate brokerage, property management, financial analysis, leasing, legal review, or an administrative background preferred
- Ability to travel
- Quick learner with attention to detail and great verbal communication
- Exceptional writer and proofreader with a command of grammar, punctuation, and spelling
- Experience with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) including the ability to analyze spreadsheets and work with data sets; Word skills such as track changes and macros a plus
- Experience with CRM systems and Monday.com preferred
